SANA — Smart Adaptive Nordic Architecture — is a collection of market-ready modular timber homes and saunas created in Latvia and delivered to customers across Europe.
ARE SANA HOMES SUITABLE FOR YEAR-ROUND LIVING?
Yes. SANA homes are designed for permanent, year-round use. The insulation, technical systems and final construction specification are adapted to the climate and regulatory requirements of the installation location.
WHERE ARE SANA HOMES AND SAUNAS PRODUCED?
SANA products are manufactured in Latvia using timber-frame construction and carefully selected building materials.
HOW OLD IS SANA?
SANA is a new brand created by AVENTA BŪVE, a Latvian construction company founded in 2003. It brings more than 20 years of practical construction experience, technical knowledge and real project delivery into a focused collection of modular timber homes and saunas.
02. Price
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The final price depends on the model, finish package, technical systems, adaptations, delivery location and installation conditions. Contact us with your preferred model and project location to receive an individual offer.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The exact scope depends on the selected model and finish package. Your offer clearly identifies the included structure, insulation, windows and doors, exterior and interior finishes, technical systems, delivery and installation services.
ARE FOUNDATIONS INCLUDED?
Foundation requirements are site-specific and depend on the building, soil conditions and local regulations. Foundations are therefore priced separately unless they are explicitly included in the offer.
SANA provides the technical loads and requirements needed for the selected foundation solution.
WHAT ABOUT WATER, ELECTRICITY AND SEWER CONNECTIONS?
Internal technical systems are supplied according to the selected package. External utility infrastructure and final connections on the site are project-specific and are included only when stated in the offer.
03. THE ORDER
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout Latvia and selected European markets, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Other destinations can be evaluated individually.
DO I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT?
Permit requirements depend on the country, municipality, intended use and specific site. A modular building does not automatically mean that it can be installed without approval.
The local permit process is normally handled by the client together with a local architect or engineer. SANA provides the product drawings and technical information included in the agreed project scope.
CAN I CHANGE THE STANDARD LAYOUT?
Yes. Selected elements of the layout, finishes and technical specification can be adapted. The extent of possible changes depends on the structure, transport dimensions and local building requirements.
04. Delivery
HOW IS THE HOUSE DELIVERED?
The delivery format depends on the selected model, completion level, transport route and site access. The house may arrive as completed modules or as prepared building elements for assembly on site.
The precise delivery and installation method is confirmed before the order enters production.
WHAT SITE ACCESS IS REQUIRED?
The site must be accessible to the required delivery vehicles and, where necessary, lifting equipment. Road width, turning space, overhead obstacles, ground conditions and crane position are evaluated before delivery.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
The schedule depends on the selected model, customisation, production capacity, permit process, site preparation and delivery destination. A project-specific timeline is provided with the final offer.
